Academic Record

Dr. Niel Rall is a highly accomplished academic with an impressive array of qualifications. He holds a BA Degree and H.D.E. from the University of Port Elizabeth (UPE), a B.Ed. Degree from the University of South Africa (Unisa), a Masters’ Degree in Training Management from the Rand Afrikaans University (RAU), and a PhD in Adult Education (with distinction) from the University of Pretoria. Additionally, he has a Certificate in Financial Management from the University of Stellenbosch. Dr. Rall has undergone intensive training in Leadership Development, Emotional Intelligence Training, and Team Dynamics from renowned international institutions such as The Leadership Institute in Seattle, USA, and McLagan International. He also serves as an academic advisor, supervisor, and external examiner for Doctorate candidates at various prestigious academic institutions.

Career Record

Dr. Rall's professional journey began in 1983 as a Training Manager and Management Development Manager at Eskom. In 1990, he was appointed as Head of the Transnet Senior Management School, and two years later, he became Head of Organisation Development for the Transnet Group. In 1993, Dr. Rall founded Leadership Dynamics and has served as CEO and Managing Director of CRE Leadership Dynamics (Pty) Ltd. for the past 30 years.

With over 35 years of experience, Dr. Rall is a leading authority in Emotional Intelligence Training, Corporate Leadership Development, Team Dynamics, Transformation and Change Management, Business Development, Mentorship, and Coaching. He has facilitated major interventions in prominent organizations such as Liberty Holdings, Globetom, Tracker, Interspares, Eskom, Transnet, Sappi, Spescom, African Cable, The Department of Arts, Culture, Science and Technology, IBM, Ster-Kinekor, Radiant Lighting, GA Creative Brands, Discovery Health, The City of Cape Town, Schneider-Electric SA, DuPont Pioneer, Accenture SA, SGS SA, SANDF, and many more.

In 1997, Dr. Rall played a pivotal role in the transformation process of the Medical and Dental Council of South Africa, establishing the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). He also boasts more than 28 years of experience as an Executive Mentor and Coach for CEOs and executive managers in both public and private sectors, including companies such as Ster-Kinekor, Discovery Health, DuPont Pioneer, Radiant Lighting, Accenture, Schneider-Electric, Dimension Data, Boehringer-Ingelheim, and others.

Dr. Rall specializes in customizing programs in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Development, Team Dynamics, Change Management, Mentoring, and Coaching to meet the specific needs of our clients.
